INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED THROUGH DHL EXPRESS SERVICE FOR THE FASTEST AND MOST SECURE DELIVERY. 

AS OF JULY 2024, PER DHL IT SPECIALIST, THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS WILL POPULATE HIGH SHIPPING COSTS DUE TO "continuous state of war, civil unrest, or continuous threats from terrorism."

Countries affected (subject to change): Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Haiti, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes due for clearance. Delays associated to customs clearance may occur.

 

RETURN POLICY
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. 
Item(s) must be in new unused condition. Item(s) must be sent back in original packaging or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.
 Items not sent properly packaged, containing obvious wear, scratching, or any damage including but not limited to smoke, excessive pet hair are subject to fees. All items are inspected upon arrival to determine their state.
 We do not provide return labels. Unless an error with your order has occurred during fulfillment and/or on our behalf, return cost is the sole responsibility of the client.
